R-type Pendulum Pulverizer(Raymond Mill)
R-type Pendulum Pulverizer(also was called Raymond Mill) which is widely used in building material, chemical, papermaking, medicine, food, energy and relevant industries.
Brief Introduction:
The overall structure of the R series Raymond Mill consists of the spindle, worm gear classifier, tunnel device, centrifugal fan, duplex cyclone collector, jaw crusher, bucket elevators, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, and electronic control, among other components. The spindle itself is composed of the base, air box, blades, grinding roller and ring, shell, and motor.
Here's the corrected grinding process for the Raymond Mill:
Raw material is elevated to the material hopper by the elevator after being crushed by the jaw crusher, and then it is fed quantitatively into the spindle for grinding.
The roller, roller assembly, blade holder, and blade base, supported on the star rack within the spindle cavity, rotate around the central axis driven by gears.
The mill ring is tightly pressed by the roller assembly due to the outward centrifugal force. Simultaneously, the roller spins on its own axis. The raw material is continuously conveyed to the mill ring and roller side by the blade device and is rolled, extruded, and ground by the effect of centrifugal force.
The crushed powder is blown by air from the high-pressure centrifugal fan to the classification area, where the gas and powder are separated by the worm gear classifier. The coarse powder is returned to the main engine for further grinding, while the fine powder is collected by the duplex cyclone collector through the tunnel, becoming the final product after being discharged through the powder pipe.
The purified air travels to the high-pressure centrifugal fan from the tunnel at the top of the cyclone collector, forming a complete circulation system. All air in the system is under negative pressure except for the air in the fan and the grinding room, which is under positive pressure.
The airflow within the circulated airway increases as gas is pulled from each flange connection of the pipe and material inlet. This increased airflow can be directed through the outlet between the blower and spindle to a small cyclone collector or bag filter, then released into the atmosphere after purification.
Technical features:
The space required for a Raymond Mill is minimal. The production system is autonomous and complete, encompassing everything from raw material crushing and conveying to powder grinding, and extending to the collection, storage, and packaging of the finished product.
The spindle deployment is versatile, with options for belt gearing and reducer gearing, and the classifier system, including the classifier and analytical machine, can be customized according to the user's specific needs to ensure optimal operation of the production system.
The pipe and fan system can be optimized based on the material's condition to reduce wind resistance and wear on the walls, which ensures improved production stability.
The key parts are constructed from thick, quality steel, while the wear parts consist of high-performance, wear-resistant materials, thus ensuring the machine's high wear resistance and reliable operation.
The electrical system employs centralized control, enabling unmanned operation and easy maintenance in the grinding workshop.
The mill boasts high efficiency and environmental protection. The post-grinding airflow can be captured by a bag filter or pulsed filter, based on customer requirements, with dust collection efficiency reaching 99.9%.
Product Application:
The R-type pendulum grinder, also known as the Raymond mill, is widely used in industries such as building materials, chemical engineering, papermaking, medicine, food, and energy. It is suitable for grinding materials with a Mohs hardness of level 7 and humidity below 6%, such as limestone, fluorite, calcite, talc, barite, phosphate rock, sericite, feldspar, quartz, clay, china clay, bentonite, kaolin, bauxite, gypsum, graphite, manganese iron ore, chromite, ilmenite, titanium oxide, coke carbon, silicon carbide, and other substances.
